Cenveo Announces Conference Call for First Quarter Results and Responds to NYSE Communication

STAMFORD, Conn., April 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE: CVO) today announced that it will host a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 4, 2017 to discuss its first quarter 2017 results.  A live webcast of the call will be accessible on Cenveo's website:  www.cenveo.com.

Cenveo also announced that on March 31, 2017, it notified the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") that the Company intends to respond to the notice (the "NYSE Notice") it received from the NYSE on March 28, 2017 regarding the Company's compliance with the NYSE market capitalization requirement, with the submission of a business plan demonstrating how the Company intends to comply with such requirement within the 18-month period allowed under the NYSE Notice and the NYSE rules.  Based on the March 28, 2017 date of the NYSE Notice and assuming NYSE acceptance of our submission, Cenveo would have until September 2018 to return to compliance with the NYSE market capitalization rule.

As stated in the Company's press release dated March 31, 2017, the NYSE Notice has no immediate impact on the listing of the Company's common stock and does not affect the Company's ongoing business operations or its Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements.
