Mr. Qusba is a graduate of Tufts University and received his J.D. cum laude from Syracuse University. He served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Stephen D. Gerling in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of New York. Prior to joining Simpson Thacher, he was a partner at White & Case.
