Russ Stiles to Focus on Company's Next Growth Phase

SANTA ROSA, Calif., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Triformix Inc. announced today that Russ Stiles has been named President, succeeding Dr. Josephine Yuen who announced her departure from the company. The Triformix Board has reluctantly accepted Dr. Yuen's resignation as CEO and President and wishes her well in her future endeavors.

Russ Stiles, formerly CTO and Director of Operations, is a founder of the company and an industry veteran with more than 30 years experience developing innovative products used throughout the communications, imaging, medical device and computer peripherals markets. The transition is not expected to cause any disruption in the company's ability to service its customers.
