Powervation Captures Prestigious Innovation Award

Company Honored in Silicon Valley by Irish Technology Leadership Group (ITLG)

PALO ALTO, Calif. and LIMERICK, Ireland, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Powervation, an emerging innovator of Auto-control(TM) digital power integrated circuits (ICs), was named as the winner of the 2009 Irish Times/Irish Technology Leadership Group (ITLG) Innovation Award. The award was presented by Ireland's Deputy Prime Minister, Mary Coughlan on Tuesday night at the annual ITLG dinner held at Stanford University. One of seven Irish companies shortlisted for the award, Powervation was recognized for its innovative technology and capability to build a strong global business.
