In trading on Wednesday, the Vanguard FTSE Pacific ETF (VPL) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Orix (IX), up about 4.5% and shares of Toyota Motor (TM), up about 2.3% on the day.
