South Africa watchdog settles with Citi over currency rigging

JOHANNESBURG, Feb 20 (Reuters) - South Africa's Competition Commission has reached an agreement with Citibank N.A. for its role in a forex trading cartel, the anti-trust watchdog said on Monday.
