Nearly half of U.S. homes will have a smart speaker by year’s end, Adobe says

A new study released Monday found that American consumers have not grown tired of the novelty of voice-activated assistants — in fact, such devices are already in about a third of U.S. homes, and that number is expected to reach nearly 50% by the end of the year.
