Tribute Resources Inc. Announces Appointment of James Jeffery Crich to Board of Directors

London, Ontario CANADA, June 15, 2010 /FSC/ - Tribute Resources Inc.  (TRB - TSX Venture), ("Tribute"), a developer of natural gas storage and renewable energy projects in the Province of Ontario, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James Jeffery ("Jamie") Crich to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting of Tribute on Monday, June 7, 2010. The appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Jamie Crich is currently the President of Auburn Developments Inc., a landmark residential community developer.   The London based family-run business has been developing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ("LEED") certified communities - providing a diversified housing mix of one floor condominiums, town homes, student housing, high rise and commercial developments.   Jamie Crich is also an officer and director of Crich Holdings and Buildings Ltd., a company which owns or controls approximately 24 % of the outstanding stock of Tribute.  Tribute is very pleased to have Jamie Crich as a member of the Board of Directors.
