Healthcare technology solutions company ADAM Inc. (Nasdaq: ADAM) will be acquired by insurance industry e-commerce solutions provider Ebix Inc. (Nasdaq: EBIX) for approximately $66 million in stock. Shares of ADAM leaped $2.39 to $5.56 while Ebix stock eased 17 cents to $19.39.
