The Company has elected to prioritize growth initiatives designed to strengthen its long-term business objectives following its review of prior patent-related correspondence.

ELEKTROS is assessing approximately 10 to 15 potential charging locations under its brand and continues to review possible installation projects, each of which remains subject to definitive agreements and customary conditions.
