Knowing there were other women like her with this same need, Gina decided to create a workout plan catering to those who need a bit of help easing back into traditional workouts safely.
Because diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues are both related to poor pressure management, there is a lot of overlap in how the issues are managed and helped. Of note, many women report feeling stronger and more comfortable in their legs, hips and backs after learning how to improve their pressure management and build healthy core strength.
