Several of the new features are available now for Fathom users:

• Asana: Fathom integrates directly with Asana, the project management platform where teams can manage tasks, projects, company goals and strategic plans – so all Fathom users can seamlessly turn Fathom’s meeting insights and action items into trackable tasks in Asana.
• Coaching: AI Scorecards make it easier for leaders to give consistent feedback, track performance and scale coaching across the team. Fathom can grade calls against configurable scorecards, which generate time-stamped notes so that leaders can jump right to coachable moments.
• Public API: One of the company’s most-requested features is now available to all users and partners. The Fathom API enables users to use Fathom’s meeting data wherever they need it, not just within the Fathom app. Real-world applications are limitless: an individual who wants to streamline the day’s activities, a client building custom internal workflows, a partner integrating for mutual customers.

The company also announced several new features to be rolled out in the coming months:

• Meeting Capture without the Bot: Fathom is expanding its recording capabilities with the same exceptional recording functionality, all without a bot in your meeting. This release – which will have both video and audio options – captures meeting content on both desktop and mobile devices, extending the types of conversations in which Fathom can seamlessly summarize and action on, including in-person meetings, huddles and more.
• Expanded Ask Fathom: The ChatGPT-like interface that makes it easier to synthesize, recall and take action on meetings, has been expanded so that users can ask queries across all meetings. Previously, queries were limited to individual meetings. In addition, the natural language tool will be account-wide, versus limited to six hours of calls. In tandem with the expanded interface, search trackers make it easy to curate insights from calls and flag future key trends.
