The project focuses on asset verification, Sharia governance and multichain coordination while separating settlement functions from protoc·ol coordination

Dhanemas has outlined its project direction for connecting gold assets with blockchain infrastructure, exploring how physical gold can be represented through digital systems with clearer records, ongoing review and on-chain coordination.

Bringing gold assets on-chain involves more than issuing a digital token. It also requires a way to identify reserves, verify information, define governance responsibilities and maintain clear boundaries between different functions.

Dhanemas places asset verification at the center of its design. The project’s plans consider a recordkeeping process for allocated gold with identifiable information, supported by mechanisms such as proof of reserves, data verification, on-chain anchoring and multiple-party signatures.

The project also incorporates Sharia review into its proposed operating structure. A Sharia Supervisory Board is intended to address questions related to Islamic finance principles and compliance structures, while token-based governance is planned to address economic parameters and network coordination.

The separation is designed to prevent asset verification, religious compliance and network governance from being concentrated within a single authority structure.

Within its asset model, Dhanemas distinguishes between two different roles. Dhanemas (DHMX) is positioned as a protocol coordination asset associated with governance, institutional access, validator and arbitration mechanisms, while mDinar is intended to serve gold-related settlement functions.

Dhanemas states that the two assets are not designed to represent the same role. DHMX is not a gold token and does not represent ownership of, or a claim on, gold reserves, a company, revenue or any other financial instrument. The dual-asset approach is intended to keep settlement functions separate from protocol governance and coordination.

Beyond the asset and governance components, Dhanemas has also outlined a Growth Layer and a Zakat Layer. The Growth Layer is intended to explore the use of Islamic finance structures such as Murabaha cost-plus financing and Wakala agency arrangements in recordable protocol modules. The Zakat Layer is designed to explore the digital recording and administration of related calculation and distribution processes.

At the technical level, Dhanemas is exploring a multichain architecture supported by oracle networks, independent operator nodes, data signatures and supply records. These mechanisms are intended to support information synchronization and state verification across different blockchain environments.

The information currently published by Dhanemas describes project design and development direction. Any claims concerning verification pages, reserve-proof processes, technical testing, security reviews or specific deployments will depend on completed version records, testing materials and formal authorization.

Dhanemas says that its next steps will focus on developing verification procedures, refining governance documentation, detailing technical modules and organizing publicly reviewable records.

About Dhanemas

Dhanemas is a protocol project exploring the connection between gold assets, Sharia governance, on-chain verification and multichain coordination. Its work focuses on the relationship between real-world asset records, Islamic finance structures and blockchain infrastructure.
