Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), a leading middle market private equity firm, today announced the sale of Clyde Industries (“Clyde” or the “Company”).
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Clyde is a leading designer and manufacturer of sootblowers, a critical component within recovery, power, and steam boilers that clean residue and deposits from the boiler walls and heat exchangers to prevent plugging during operation. In addition to equipment, the Company provides comprehensive services and aftermarket support to maximize efficiency and reliability for its customers’ operations. Wynnchurch acquired Clyde in 2019 as a corporate carve-out from Clyde Bergemann Power Group.
