WESTMAC COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE COMPANY ARRANGES $800,000 SALE IN CULVER CITY

LOS ANGELES, CA, September 24, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company is pleased to announce the sale of 2656-2662 ½ La Cienega Avenue in Culver City, Los Angeles, California. The property sold for $800,000.
The buyer, BLRS Equities, acquired the asset as part of an IRS 1031 tax-deferred exchange. The property consists of an ±5,682-square-foot apartment building situated on an ±5,759-square-foot lot and includes eight residential units.
"The sale brought closure to a long-term affordable housing investment that began with support from the City of Los Angeles following the 1994 Northridge earthquake," said T.C. Macker, CCIM of WESTMAC. "The buyer acquired the asset at a low price point and low price per unit, though subject to rent control and nearing the expiration of a 30-year City Regulatory Agreement."
