Property management and engineering staff will join the Hospitality at Work team
Hospitality at Work, a leading property management firm and subsidiary of Lowe, has acquired Vector Property Services, a Denver-based management company with over 2.5 million square feet of institutional property under management. The acquisition adds 2.5 million square feet to Hospitality at Work’s portfolio, bringing total managed space to 11 million square feet nationwide.
Vector specializes in delivering high-quality service with a focus on responsive management and a personalized approach. These qualities align well with Hospitality at Work’s comprehensive suite of services, which optimize building operations and improve the workplace experience.
“For more than 20 years, Vector has provided outstanding service to its Denver area clients and tenants, while creating a culture of care and inclusion for its team members. We are honored to continue that commitment to superior service, client success, and a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment,” said Marty Caverly, executive vice president of Hospitality at Work.
Most of Vector’s property management, engineering, and accounting staff will join the Hospitality at Work team. “Vector’s exceptional management, engineering, and accounting staff are a welcome addition to the Hospitality at Work team. We have gained fifteen new team members, each with valuable experience, relationships, and operational expertise that will strengthen our collective capabilities,” added Caverly.
