Success is being built daily under the leadership and vision of Sean Kirtz, whose wrestling program is quickly becoming one of the most respected rising systems in the country. In only three months, the program has already produced nationally ranked athletes and podium finishes at elite events, proving that commitment, discipline, and the right coaching environment can create outstanding results.

The athletes follow an intense, professionally structured training routine. Each day begins with strength and conditioning at the Institute of Human Performance in Boca, where they work with a personal trainer to build power, endurance, and explosiveness. From there, training continues with two more hours at LA Fitness, followed by private technical sessions through Coach K Elite. To finish the day, the wrestlers attend an additional club practice to face new opponents, sharpen their reactions, and gain experience against different styles.

This level of dedication adds up to 8 to 12 hours of training each day, and the progress has been remarkable.

Mila recently earned All-American honors at NHSCA High School Nationals after an incredible performance against some of the nation’s best competition. She defeated multiple state champions on her run, including the Arkansas State Champion in the quarterfinals to secure her placement. Even more impressive, the athlete who won the Florida State Championship did not place at the event, highlighting the elite level Mila succeeded against.

Davis also made a major statement by placing in the top 3 at the Reno Worlds Wrestling Tournament while competing under Team Coach K Elite. His performance showed poise, toughness, and the kind of technical growth that comes from relentless daily preparation.

What is happening within this wrestling program is no accident. It is the result of a culture built on accountability, hard work, and high standards. Under Sean Kirtz’s guidance, young athletes are not only winning nationally, they are developing into complete competitors with the mindset to succeed at the highest levels.

With results already coming this quickly, the future looks extremely bright. This program is only getting started.
