CHICAGO - June 23, 2025 - PRLog -- eATLAS, the self-guided "Adventures To Go" app, held its fourth annual Chicago Scavenger Hunt May 30-June 1.
By completing the 12-stop ScavHunt in less than 60 minutes, Erin Borst scored 800 points, beating teams that included last year's winners, Chicago Skyliners and Chan Clan. Borst claims the custom Chicago-themed trophy and $1000.
The first place winners receive a custom, signed art trophy from Doorways of Chicago, at the winners party to be held in the Fine Arts Building on Michigan Avenue. Team Hot Dog, No Ketchup, winners of the $200 Best ScavSquad Name category, will also receive a signed and numbered limited edition print of "Perpetual Hot Dog" by local mosaic artist Jim Bachor.
The Chan Clan, winners of the 2022 and 2023 ScavHunts, won $300 for Biggest Influencer and Dudley's Donors takes home $300 as the Top Fundraiser for charity partner, Respiratory Health Association. The Chicago Skyliners, who created customized "Chicago Style" t-shirts for the ScavHunt, won $400 for Most Creative Costume. Mike Gannon of the Chicago Skyliners said, "...we will definitely be back next year - so much fun!!"
The theme for this year's ScavHunt was Flavors of Chicago, with stops created by Dario and Sara of the local podcasting and influencer duo, 77 Flavors. Anna M. Valencia, Chicago's City Clerk, provided a video intro with the first clue of the ScavHunt.
For those still interested in experiencing the Flavors of Chicago ScavHunt, a permanent release has been added, called Chicago ScavHunt - Flavors of the City. Receive 50% off when you use discount code "PLAY77" through July 6, 2025.
Additional prizes and offers were donated by several local businesses, including Brown Sugar Bakery, Flyover Chicago, Go Brewery, Necessary Coffee, and Gayle V's Best Ever Grilled Cheese. "We want to thank all of our participants, 77 Flavors, Respiratory Health Association and all of our partner sponsors for another successful Chicago ScavHunt," said Jon Matuzak, eATLAS President.
