As a senior software IT architect at IBM, Mr. Leach collaborated with industry-leading clients such as Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Ernst & Young. His expertise extended to serving as a global spokesperson for IBM's WebSphere MQ product, a responsibility that included addressing an audience of 130 CIOs in Mexico. Mr. Leach's groundbreaking designs earned him the prestigious Computerworld Smithsonian Award, ensuring his contributions are preserved as part of the institution's permanent collection for future generations.

Mr. Leach is a proud member of the Sons of the American Revolution, with ancestral roots dating back to 1645, when his family first arrived in America from Wales. He has traced his lineage directly to patriots who served under General George Washington during the fight for American independence.
Honoring this heritage of service and leadership, Mr. Leach petitioned and was unanimously elected to embark on the journey of becoming a Master Mason.
As a devout Christian and an ordained deacon, Mr. Leach has dedicated much of his time to charitable work, embodying his faith through service to others. He participates annually in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk, Meals on Wheels, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and supports Feed My Starving Children by preparing meals for underprivileged youth.
One of Mr. Leach's most cherished experiences was volunteering at his church to transport elderly members to a Thanksgiving dinner, ensuring they wouldn't have to spend the holiday alone.
