How do I cancel my auto-recurring subscription or delete my account? Please send in your request through our customer support contact form. Why am I not receiving access to my subscription? Your credit card might have expired so you would need to go to your profile settings and update your credit card info on the website. If your subscription has expired, you would need to go to your account settings and click on ‘add/renew subscription’ to gain access. How do I receive a refund? Please contact customer support to request a refund. It will take up to 10 business days for the amount to show up on your credit card statement. I want to change my yearly subscription to a monthly subscription: Please contact customer support as we would first need to cancel your yearly subscription. You would then need to login to your ETFdb.com account and choose a monthly subscription. How long is my free trial? Our free trials are for 14 days. Your subscription will not be renewed and you will not be charged after the trial ends. I am not receiving pro access under my trial. There are still some paid ETFdb Pro membership’s tools and content, such as the download feature on ETF screener result, that are not available to free trial users. You can download the holdings data on an ETF ticker page [e.g.: SPY’s Holdings]. What are the fees for a monthly or yearly subscription? Monthly subscriptions are $19 and yearly subscriptions are $199. Does the site provide historical data? We currently only provide holdings data of the ETFs in our database. Do you provide data for ETFs listed in other countries? We currently only provide data for U.S. listed ETFs. Login issues Please contact customer support for a password reset.
