County approves sick leave proposal

The sick leave bill provides up to 40 hours of paid sick leave for workers at Allegheny County companies that have 26 or more workers. It had been approved by the Committee on Health on Sept. 8 after being greenlighted in July by the Allegheny County Health Department.
