Charlotte startup UnbelievaBuns lands on Publix, Whole Foods shelves with eye on expansion

Charlotte-based entrepreneur and UnbelievaBuns founder Jerrod Adkins told CBJ last year he was aiming to get his startup's products into major grocery stores. They are now carried by Publix Super Markets and Whole Foods Market.
