Missouri Planned Parenthood clinics hold off resuming abortions, await court ruling

Missouri’s Amendment 3 legalizing abortion went into effect at 12:01 a.m. Friday. But Planned Parenthood officials said they will not restart abortions until after a judge rules on their lawsuit hoping to strike down the state’s restrictive laws.
