Dr. Alexandra Elinsky, Owner/Founder of Empower Human Potential, LLC, and Chief Imagination Officer Make Believe Pageantry LLC was recently selected as Top International Empowerment Coach of the Year for 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry.

Dr. Elinsky excels at fostering meaningful relationships within the corporate ecosystem. Before embarking on her professional career path, Dr. Elinsky earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Ursuline College and a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Elinsky also holds licenses and certifications in the field of cognitive-behavioral therapy. These include the Certified Advanced Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist (ACCBT) and the Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist (CCBT), both obtained from the reputable New Skills Academy.
Dr. Elinsky embarked on her career as a business professor and currently teaches a diverse range of business courses at three different colleges and universities simultaneously. She has created course content and curriculum in situations that still need to be provided. She is a professor of business at Valley College and also serves remotely as an Adjunct Professor of Business at American Business & Technology. The purpose of this remote role is to provide online instruction for business courses, utilizing cutting-edge technology in videoconferencing and communications. In addition, she also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Ohio Business College-Sheffield.
Throughout her illustrious career, Dr. Elinsky has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her accomplishments. This year, she will be considered for the Empowered Woman Award and to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. She will be honored at IAOTP's annual awards gala at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville next December, for her selection as Top International Empowerment Coach of the Year.
In addition to her thriving business, Ms. Elinsky has been featured in various publications, including Brainz Magazine, Business Sharks Magazine, and Out and About Columbus. She is currently working on her debut novel, which is the first installment in a series of books focused on human empowerment, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
