Bernice Lee, global coach and trainer, was recently selected as Top Brain-Based Coach of the Year for 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry.
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself; only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All Honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With more than two decades of work experience, Bernice has certainly proven herself. As a seasoned and trusted coach and trainer who has helped over 3,000 business professionals from 23 different countries improve their careers and companies. As a sought-after lecturer and speaker, Bernice has spoken to audiences across the globe including companies, chambers of commerce, professional associations, colleges, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). In her role as a business coach and trainer, she assists company owners and managers in achieving their desired business and life goals. This includes helping them enhance their work-life balance and attain greater financial success.
Bernice’s impressive repertoire of prior roles have included but not limited to: formerly working in marketing and human resources management for ten years in both the US and Asia. She holds certifications from reputable organizations such as the NeuroLeadership Institute, Harrison Assessments International, Genos International, and is also a certified etiquette instructor.
Before embarking on her career path, Bernice attended Yale University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She then went on to obtain a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University.
Throughout her illustrious career, Bernice has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her accomplishments. In 2021, Hive Life Magazine recognized the company she founded as one of the Top 5 Coaching Firms in Hong Kong. In 2023, she received recognition as a "Top 10 Women Career Mentors in Asia" by Women Entrepreneur India Magazine and was also honored as one of the "50 Under 50" by The NYC Journal. In addition, she received the prestigious "Most Outstanding Career Coaching of the Year" award from Business Innovator in Hong Kong. This year she will be considered for the Empowered Woman Award and to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. She will be honored at IAOTP's annual awards gala at the NYC Plaza Hotel this December for her selection as Top Brain-Based Coach of the Year.
