Through The Brisa Foundation's programs, youth learn barista service, baking techniques, customer service, cash handling, and teamwork in a fully functioning, public-facing business.

• Brisa Bakes! Baking Classes & Programs - Instructor-led classes offered both in local schools and on-site at the cafe. Participants progress through a structured "apron system" (Junior Baker, Senior Baker, Master Baker), gaining confidence and measurable skills as they advance.

• Thoughtful Inclusion by Design - The environment is adapted for participation: flexible teaching styles, the availability of tools like noise-cancelling headphones, and an emphasis on high expectations with supportive scaffolding-without stigma or "special" treatment.
