This acquisition establishes the company's first in-state operations hub and dedicated Pennsylvanian team.

Greenlight first announced its expansion into Pennsylvania in April 2025 with news of two major market builds, Dickson City and Chambersburg. This acquisition expands Greenlight's presence into other parts of the state including Wilkes-Barre, Mountain Top, Scranton, and Kingston. Loop's experienced local team will continue serving the region as part of Greenlight's organization.
