His career began in construction, including serving as a supervisor at Southeastern Mechanical Services, where he managed a 14-person crew. He then entered logistics, excelling at J.B. Hunt Transportation, where he received multiple "ACT Awards," before becoming the director of logistics at Rankin Quality Logistics. These experiences gave him the leadership, negotiation, and operational expertise that would prove essential to launching his own ventures.

The Creation of Linked Logistics and Lucky Town Transportation

In 2018, Mr. Lynch took a leap of faith and founded Linked Logistics LLC, a third-party logistics company specializing in freight brokerage. Built on integrity, trusted relationships, and a relentless drive for customer success, Linked Logistics has become a reliable partner to shippers nationwide.

Recognizing the need to provide both flexibility and control, he later established Lucky Town Transportation, an asset-based carrier with its own fleet. Together, the two companies deliver a rare dual-solution model: the reach of a brokerage with the dependability of a carrier.
