Connors Steak & Seafood Celebrates Three Decades of Growth with Florida Expansion

Award-winning steakhouse chain adds two new Florida locations, marking significant milestones across multiple markets.

Connors Steak & Seafood, one of the nation's premier upscale-casual steakhouse concepts, is celebrating more than three decades of growth as it expands in Florida with a new Tallahassee location and an upcoming Naples restaurant. The expansion reinforces the brand's steady growth and its commitment to delivering "Superior Dining Experiences. Every Day."

Founded in 1992, Connors Steak & Seafood began with a vision to serve the finest steaks and freshest seafood in a warm, welcoming atmosphere where genuine hospitality sets the tone. That vision still guides the company today as it grows across the Southeast in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky and Florida.

Following successful launches in Louisville and Alpharetta in 2023, Connors continues its growth in Florida. The Tallahassee location, which opened in spring 2025, has already been voted best steakhouse in Tallahassee by Tallahassee Magazine. The Naples location is expected to open by early 2026, bringing the brand's signature menu of USDA Prime steaks, fresh U.S.D.C.-inspected seafood and craft cocktails to the market.

With 17 restaurants currently open across the Connors Steak & Seafood and The Chop House brands, the group's steady growth continues. Beyond the Naples opening, two additional The Chop House restaurants are planned for 2026 in Alcoa, Tennessee, and Huntsville, Alabama.

Connors Steak & Seafood locations open at 11 a.m. daily to serve a thoughtfully curated lunch menu with the same premium ingredients and expert preparation that define the dinner menu.
