Sea Light Design-Build Wins Delaware Remodeler of the Year fifth consecutive time

DEWEY BEACH, Del. - May 14, 2024 - PRLog -- The 32nd Annual Regal Awards were held last Friday at Lighthouse Cove Event Center in Dewey Beach, DE by the Home Builders Association of Delaware. The ceremony highlights excellence in the Delaware home building industry and over 200 were in attendance.

Sea Light Design-Build won 14 Regal awards, including the coveted Regal Award for Delaware Remodeler of the Year for the fifth consecutive time. They won Best Luxury Custom Home 3,000-4,000 Sq. Ft., Best Owner's Suite Design for a Remodeler, Best Kitchen Design, Best Bathroom Design, Best Renovation over $300,000 for a Remodeler, Best Renovation $50,000 to $75,000, Best Renovation $25,000 to $50,000, Best Residential Addition/Alteration over $50,000, Best Informational Brochure, Best logo, and Best Website for a Remodeler.

Two of their staff also won awards again this year. Katie Sanchez won Selections/Options Coordinator of the Year and Brendan Welch won Project/Production Manager of the Year.
