eQuorum Release ImageSite and EngineBox Version 12.3

New release helps engineering teams find, manage, and secure technical documents faster with improved search, mobile access, and administrative controls.

ATLANTA, GA, January 13, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- eQuorum, developer of ImageSite and EngineBox, today announced Version 12.3 of its engineering document management solutions (EDMS). The release brings major improvements in search, document viewing, and system governance– continuing eQuorum's commitment to practical innovation for engineering organizations.

Built on customer feedback from engineers, document controllers, and IT professionals, Version 12.3 tackles real-world challenges with faster access to documents, simpler markup workflows, and greater administrative visibility.

Version 12.3 delivers an upgraded search experience with more sorting options and text location features.

Engineers can perform single-document text searches with multi-word support and highlighted results. Selecting a document from a full-text search automatically carries your query into the single-document view, keeping the workflow seamless. Full search functionality is now available on mobile, giving field teams the same capabilities as desktop users.

Version 12.3 improves performance and usability for teams working with large technical files. Progressive rendering enhancements significantly speed up the viewing of large drawings, models, and PDFs.

When viewing documents, permissioned users now have more information and control with a new document information panel. Markup tools have been refined for formal reviews and quick field annotations. Administrators gain more granular control of watermarking placement.

Version 12.3 builds on the workflow improvements from version 12.2 of ImageSite and EngineBox. Administrators have greater oversight through expanded workflow mapping and monitoring capabilities.

For improved auditability, expanded event monitoring now tracks actions related to sets, transmittals, and submittals.

"Version 12.3 reflects our continued philosophy to provide features and functions customers want and need, versus including new technology for technology's sake," said Scott Brandt, CEO of eQuorum. "Our customers depend on ImageSite and EngineBox to keep their operations running efficiently, so we continue to focus on building robust, engineering-specific solutions that make their day-to-day work easier, without increasing their costs."

eQuorum's support model remains a defining characteristic of its offerings. Customers have direct access to knowledgeable engineers who understand the technical workflows behind their systems.
