With support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP)—the open standard for connecting AI tools to external systems—Higher Logic Vanilla customers can now query live community data conversationally, take action on what they find, and apply AI-driven automation from inside their AI tool.

The launch addresses a structural gap in how organizations work with community data. Communities generate some of the richest, most continuously updated customer intelligence in an enterprise—covering sentiment, product feedback, support patterns, and advocacy activity—but that data has historically been locked behind manual exports and one-off reports. Higher Logic Vanilla MCP removes that friction, making it directly accessible to teams across the organization.
