Discovery Institute proudly announces that its 6^th annual COSM Technology Summit 2025, themed “The Vibe Shift,” will be held November 19–21 at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas. This marks the first time in COSM’s history that the conference will be held outside Seattle. The move reflects a strategic decision to position COSM in a city and state that is rapidly emerging as a hub of global innovation, technology, and growth.

Conceived by acclaimed futurist and Discovery Institute Senior Fellow George Gilder, COSM is an exclusive national summit where the world’s leading visionaries in artificial intelligence, semiconductors, economics, and culture come together to examine the unifying currents shaping our technological era.
