Prodoscore Appoints Peter Zeinoun as Chief Product Officer

Former PSG Equity Senior Leader Will Lead Prodoscore’s Data Science, Product and Engineering Initiatives

Prodoscore (the “Company”), the leader in employee visibility and productivity intelligence software, today announced it has appointed Peter Zeinoun to spearhead the Company’s product and engineering teams. In this role, Zeinoun will guide Prodoscore’s product vision and roadmap, expanding opportunities in the market while building new capabilities that matter most to customers.

"We are thrilled to welcome Peter to the Prodoscore team," said Sam Naficy, Prodoscore CEO. "His extensive experience in product leadership and proven track record of driving innovation and scaling organizations will be invaluable as we evolve our analytics software and deliver exceptional value to our customers."

Zeinoun joins Prodoscore from PSG Equity, where he served as a senior vice president partnering with leadership teams across growth-stage software businesses. At PSG, he played an integral role in helping companies sharpen their product strategies, scale their organizations and create value. His work spanned advising executives on product vision, roadmap prioritization and go-to-market alignment, giving him a unique vantage point on building durable, high-performing software companies.

Prior to PSG, Zeinoun built a career as a product leader and operator across several high-growth technology businesses. At Wayfair, LogMeIn and Recommind (acquired by OpenText in 2016), he led teams that delivered new product innovations, scaled platforms to serve broader customer needs and drove measurable impact for customers and business stakeholders. In each of these roles, Zeinoun became known for building and mentoring strong product teams, translating vision into execution and consistently driving outcomes at scale.

“The opportunity to guide Prodoscore’s strategy at such a pivotal moment is incredibly exciting, as the Company accelerates its momentum and solidifies its position as the leader in workplace analytics,” added Zeinoun. “We’re building AI-powered, data-driven products that are best in class – not only giving leaders real clarity into how their organizations operate but also empowering teams to work smarter and more effectively. I look forward to working closely with the team to further advance Prodoscore’s platform and deepen its impact across the industry.”
