Central Arkansas Entertainment's DJ JellyBean and lighting design create an immersive international atmosphere for an event in partnership with Arkansas Foodbank.
-- Central Arkansas Entertainment recently provided music and atmospheric lighting for FUSION360°, an intimate philanthropic culinary experience co-hosted by Vibrant Occasions Catering and Rusty Tractor Vineyards in support of Arkansas Foodbank in recognition of Hunger Action Month, with beats and ambiance by DJ JellyBean.
The event brought together 15 Arkansas media professionals and tastemakers for an innovative five-course journey through international fusion cuisine, with each course representing a different cultural tradition blended with American flavors. DJ JellyBean curated country-specific music that transported guests from Italy to Lebanon, India, Turkey, and France as the evening progressed, while CAE's lighting design team created coordinated uplighting that transformed The Barrel Room at Rusty Tractor Vineyards into an immersive multi-sensory experience.
"FUSION360° was a unique opportunity to use music and lighting as storytelling tools," says DJ JellyBean (Jaris Johnson). "Each course required a different sonic landscape - from Italian melodies during the Southern Serenade Caprese to Lebanese music for the Beirut Sunset Trout. The music and lighting changes helped create that sense of travel and cultural immersion that made the evening so special. The FUSION360° event collected non-perishable food donations for Arkansas Foodbank, addressing the reality that Arkansas ranks first nationally for food insecurity. Held in recognition of Hunger Action Month, the event demonstrated how entertainment experiences can seamlessly incorporate meaningful philanthropy while maintaining their sophisticated, upscale atmosphere.

About DJ JellyBean: When you think of fun times and great party music, you should think of DJ JellyBean. As a teenager growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA, this DJ discovered his path to mixing music and never looked back. It began with his time as a roadie for a high school friend who regularly performed DJ sets, giving him his first taste of the captivating industry. Starting in late 2006, during his first year at Henderson State University, he quickly found work on the campus radio station 99.9 The Pulse.
