UNIONDALE, NY / ACCESS Newswire / September 30, 2025 / Marquis Who's Who honors Caroline DeBerry for her leadership in health care and defense. As founder and chief executive officer of Tenagrity Solutions, Ms. DeBerry has dedicated more than 20 years to government and public policy, advancing access to health care, strengthening defense-related initiatives and developing innovative solutions that support military personnel, as well as rural and underserved communities.

Building Tenagrity Solutions
Ms. DeBerry founded Tenagrity Solutions to provide organizations with the tools they need to succeed in complex industries. The firm provides strategy (including government affairs), communications, operations and scalability consulting. It works closely with both nonprofit and for-profit clients in health care and defense.
"My daily focus is on bringing the right people together to achieve the greatest impact for the most people," Ms. DeBerry says. "It's been rewarding to see the momentum grow, especially in areas like artificial intelligence, telehealth and brain health, which are transforming our understanding and delivery of health care."
Ms. DeBerry's efforts include working with Congress and other government officials. Recently, she helped secure appropriations report language that directly affects both health care and defense policies regarding emerging pathogen preparedness, indoor air quality, and artificial intelligence.
Ms. DeBerry enjoys public speaking - such as recently teaching federal agency workers about effective interactions with Congress or speaking at a venue in New York City's Times Square.
Career in Policy and Public Service
Before founding Tenagrity Solutions, Ms. DeBerry built her expertise through many roles. Her roles included serving as vice president at a prominent health care policy think tank, which was founded to focus on affordable and practical health policy. She was also the chief external affairs officer for an international health care nonprofit, a senior legislative assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives and a senior analyst at the Federal Election Commission.
Reflecting on her work, Ms. DeBerry says, "I am committed to integrity and known for my tenacity. Thus, Tenagrity is tenacity plus integrity. Tenagrity Solutions embodies these values, helping clients achieve their goals the right way."
Ms. DeBerry's career also includes campaign and policy roles at both the state and federal levels, providing her with a broad perspective on how policy decisions affect individuals and institutions.

Ms. DeBerry graduated, summa cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in United States government from Freed-Hardeman University. Looking Forward: Inspiring Policy and People
Ms. DeBerry is most proud of her successful business Tenagrity Solutions, attributing her success to God and her faith.
Her favorite project was her role as a congressional staffer in finding a solution to long-standing Medicare reimbursement challenges that helped keep hundreds of hospitals open after 2019. Looking ahead, Ms. DeBerry plans to expand Tenagrity Solutions and continue to be a strong voice in health care and defense policy.
"I wake up every morning with a desire to help others," Ms. DeBerry says. "When offered a key role within a presidential administration, I was honored but chose to instead continue to help my nation through my business, though I would potentially consider other opportunities within government in the future.
