UNIONDALE, NY / ACCESS Newswire / September 30, 2025 / Marquis Who's Who honors Joe Miller as a Top Executive. As the president and chief executive of both Seal Masters of Hawaii and Elite Construction Services and Purpose, Mr. Miller's area of expertise lies in the restoration of complex building projects.

"These projects require more than technical know-how; they demand careful sequencing, resident communication and trust as well as an ability to solve problems where the margin for error is razor thin," Mr. Miller says.
About Mr. Joe Miller
Mr. Miller is an expert in business development and construction services, with more than three decades of experience in the industry. His companies specialize in construction management, concrete repairs, waterproofing, painting, window and guardrail design, manufacturing and replacement, as well as drain-waste-vent pipe replacement. He is an expert in the renovation of occupied buildings.
"At Seal Masters of Hawaii, our identity is built on our unwavering commitment to delight our customers and stakeholders on every project," Mr. Miller says
Renovations of high-rise buildings that are still occupied demand a different approach than traditional construction. Seal Masters of Hawaii has developed systems that minimize disruptions to the lives of residents in the structure. The company hosts town halls and owner-architect-contractor meetings, maintains a project website and issues clear schedules and notices.
"We combine technical innovation, such as custom-designed aluminum cladding using 3D scale modeling, with a service model that puts communication and trust at the center. Working alongside architects and engineers, we are leading the front in innovation for modern building restoration," Mr. Miller says.
Mr. Miller is currently overseeing the Seal Masters' renovation of the Nauru Tower, one of Honolulu's premier luxury high-rise residences. He feels this renovation showcases his company's leadership in complex renovations. It is a multimillion-dollar facade project that includes 250 custom extruded shapes. If the replacement of more than 10 miles of extruded aluminum for the window frames were to be delayed for another decade, the price of restoration would rise to between $80 million and $100 million.
The project is a good example of a trend in Hawaii to invest in comprehensive building life-extension projects. Owners and associations do this to make certain the buildings are safe and livable for residents while also protecting the long-term value of the asset.
"One of the most important shifts in our field today is the growing need to restore and modernize aging high-rise buildings, particularly Honolulu's luxury condos," Mr. Miller explains. "Many of these towers were built with curtain wall facade construction 25 to 30 years ago and, while their locations remain unmatched, their exteriors are showing signs of deterioration: failing aluminum systems, water intrusion and concrete spalling."
Making an Impact in Hawaii
Mr. Miller is proud of employing over 120 people and providing business to other industries in Hawaii. He has recently become a Metronomic-certified coach. This has enabled him to coach chief executive officers and their leadership teams, enabling these teams to achieve their professional goals while also building effective teams. He eventually hopes to primarily focus on helping others succeed through coaching.
