Angelic Letters

One of the most profound examples of divine intervention in Walter’s life is the mysterious appearance of three "Angelic Letters" from his late wife, Kaye, and his first love, Susie. These letters appeared in the notes section of his cell phone and iPad in 2017 and 2019, years after both women had passed away. The letters were deeply personal, containing details that only Kaye and Susie could have known, further convincing Walter that they were sent from the afterlife.

Kaye, who passed away in 2012, sent two letters addressed to their sons, Mark and Michael. The letters were discovered in 2021 but were dated in 2019, seven years after her death. Susie, who died tragically in 1969, also sent a letter, which Walter found in 2021. This letter appeared 48 years after her death and contained a unique twin heart symbol, representing Susie and their unborn child. Walter believes these letters are tangible proof of life after death and serve as a divine message of love and guidance.

The Cross and Balloons Event

Another significant moment occurred in April 2012 during a memorial for Kaye. As the family released three blue balloons into the sky, they noticed something extraordinary. The balloons, released individually, moved together and ascended in unison toward a cloud formation that resembled a cross. When the balloons reached the cloud, the cross seemed to dissolve, leaving the family in awe. Walter interprets this event as a sign of God’s love and a message from Kaye, demonstrating that she was still with them in spirit.

At four months old, Walter was hospitalized for double pneumonia and survived despite the odds.
At age nine, he was nearly bitten by a rattlesnake but was saved by his father’s quick actions.
At 19, he narrowly escaped death twice at a construction site in Dallas, first when a truck almost ran him over and later when he avoided another fatal accident.
In 1967, he survived a street fight with three attackers wielding knives, emerging unscathed despite their intent to kill him.
In 1968, he avoided a car crash during a street race when his clutch failed at a critical moment, preventing what would have been a deadly accident.
In 1969, after witnessing the death of Susie in a car crash, Walter became suicidal and had two near-death experiences, including one where he believes he visited Heaven for 9.5 minutes.

Walter’s life has been punctuated by these and other instances of what he believes to be divine protection. He credits these moments to angels or a divine force guiding and protecting him, even in the most perilous situations.
