("Alfi" or the "Company"), an AI enterprise SaaS platform company powering computer vision with machine learning models to allow content publishers and brand owners to deliver interactive, intelligent information without violating user privacy, today announced that it plans to commence the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock and 3,000,000 warrants to purchase shares of common stock. The shares of common stock and warrants are immediately separable and will be issued separately, but will be purchased together in this offering. The combined initial public offering price is expected to be between $5.00 and $7.00. The common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") and trade under the ticker symbols "ALF" and "ALFIW", respectively.

Kingswood Capital Markets, division of Benchmark Investments, Inc. is acting as the sole bookrunner for this proposed offering. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock and/or additional warrants in any combination thereof, solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
