The proposed registration of the common stock of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. is being pursued in connection with the planned distribution of all shares of common stock of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. to the holders of the Company's Series A Non-Voting Preferred Stock.
