OVERLAND PARK, KS / ACCESSWIRE / December 11, 2024 / Tortoise Capital today announced that Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure PLC (NASDAQ: AY UW) will be removed from the Tortoise Decarbonization Infrastructure Index^SM (DCRBN) as a result of its announced acquisition by Energy Capital Partners. As a result, AY will be removed from the Index when the market opens on Dec. 12, 2024.

Special rebalancing is not required for DCRBN. AY will be removed, and its weight distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
