Early Career and Education

Mr. Firoozi began his professional career as a financial center manager at Washington Mutual Bank in 1997, a role he held until 2008, when he was appointed as vice president and financial center manager at JPMorgan Chase in the greater Los Angeles area.

While employed at Washington Mutual, Mr. Firoozi bolstered his skills by earning a bachelor's degree in international finance and pre-law from Loyola Marymount University in 2001. In 2007, he completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on business administration and finance at California State University, Northridge. Additionally, he obtained certification from the Financial Oversight Advisory Council through ExecRank in 2016, and has been on the Forbes Finance Council since 2023.

Joining The PAC Group

Three years after joining JPMorgan Chase, Mr. Firoozi became a financial center manager with Logix Federal Credit Union, where he remained until 2014. Following this experience, he assumed his current role at the PAC Group, where he is responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks, including the company's strategic financial plan.

Mr. Firoozi feels he has accomplished his greatest achievements at the PAC Group and is proud of the substantial growth the company has undergone since his arrival. Under his leadership, the PAC Group has become scalable enough to work with clients like Amazon, Ford and General Motors. Mr. Firoozi is also responsible for spearheading numerous technological improvements over the past six years.

Currently, Mr. Firoozi is leading The PAC Group as it explores methods of employing artificial intelligence technology to augment its workflows. He believes that AI has the potential to benefit clients and employees alike and that the technology could change the field of project management as a whole.

Civic Involvement and Memberships

Beyond his professional career, Mr. Firoozi is involved in several civic organizations. He is active through Everwise as a rising star mentor, has served as a team organizer and event planner with Community Active Neighbors, actively supports the New Friends Homeless Center and has served as a volunteer mentor at Torch. Additionally, he is a member of the Forbes Finance Council and the Los Angeles and Detroit Chapters of the CFO Leadership Council.

A Legacy in the Making

In the next five to 10 years, Mr. Firoozi aspires to leave a lasting legacy at the PAC Group. Not only does he intend to leave an enduring structure but also a company culture focused on "paying it forward." He hopes to leave a lasting mark on the company's teams, where altruism serves as a hallmark of the company's operations. Ultimately, Mr. Firoozi's goal is to ensure the company's growth while preparing for his next steps.
