2025 Fire & Ice Returns to Moerlein Lager House – Experience an Unforgettable Evening of Fire, Ice, Food, and Entertainment

The night kicks off with a themed welcome reception cocktail and light bites, followed by exceptional food and entertainment. Each evening features two different uniquely themed dinner sessions, complete with 3-course meals, beverage pairings (including non-alcoholic options), and introductions by renowned local mixologist, author, and historian Molly Wellmann. Molly will share stories behind the evening’s theme, introduce the Chef and courses, and discuss the perfectly paired drinks.
