Each simulation gives students a glimpse into what the job actually feels like—demystifying skilled trades and healthcare roles often overlooked in traditional guidance models.

These simulations not only create excitement and curiosity, but also provide students with actionable insights and information on how to access training locally. Students leave each session with a personalized Career Plan outlining tangible next steps they can take toward a credential or certification program.
