Lattice Semiconductor Appoints Tracy Feanny as General Counsel and Secretary

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC), the low power programmable leader, today announced the appointment of Tracy Feanny as Corporate Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, with responsibility for all legal matters, effective immediately.

“We are happy to welcome Tracy to the Lattice leadership team at this exciting time in the company’s growth trajectory,” said Jim Anderson, President and Chief Executive Officer, Lattice Semiconductor. “Her deep experience as part of legal teams at multiple leading technology companies will be invaluable as we continue executing our strategic plan.”

“I’m excited to join Lattice’s leadership team and look forward to leveraging my expertise to help expand on the success the company has achieved to-date and further the company’s position as a semiconductor industry leader,” said Tracy Feanny, Corporate Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, Lattice Semiconductor.

Ms. Feanny brings over 20 years of experience to her new role. Prior to joining Lattice, she spent 9 years at National Instruments Corporation, most recently as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary. She also held previous impactful positions at Amazon Web Services and Dell Technologies, amongst others. Ms. Feanny earned a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University.

Byron Milstead, who served in this role since 2008, will continue in his role with the company’s Singapore distribution subsidiary and will retire after a transitionary period.
