Bart Zanelli Joins Skyway Capital Markets as Managing Director

Mr. Zanelli has over 30 years of experience transacting mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raising and private equity investing. With a specialty in financial institutions, insurance and healthcare, Mr. Zanelli has completed hundreds of deals and offerings, served on several company boards and has advised organizations on strategic direction. Mr. Zanelli represented one of the buyers in the Executive Life rehabilitation transaction and led a team that raised more public equity for Bermuda domiciled insurance companies during the 2001-2004 timeframe than any other investment bank.

He also was named Managing Director of Firemark Group to lead the effort to restructure their private equity sub-funds invested on behalf of American International Group (“AIG”).

Mr. Zanelli holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Hobart College.
