Littelfuse Appoints Maggie Chu as Chief Human Resources Officer

Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFUS), an industrial technology manufacturing company empowering a sustainable, connected, and safer world, announced today it has appointed Maggie Chu as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective June 1, 2021. Ms. Chu will report to Littelfuse President and Chief Executive Officer Dave Heinzmann, and she will be a member of the Littelfuse Leadership Team. Ms. Chu brings nearly 20 years of human resources leadership experience to Littelfuse. Most recently, Ms. Chu was Segment Human Resources Director for Caterpillar’s Energy & Transportation segment and Corporate Services group. Prior to Caterpillar, Ms. Chu’s 15-year career with General Electric included a number of global human resources executive business partner roles with increasing levels of responsibility within several of GE’s industrial businesses.

Ms. Chu holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, and a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Minnesota.
