Arena Pharmaceuticals Earns "A" Rating from MSCI ESG, a Leading Rating Agency for Sustainable Investments

- Improvement by two score levels to "A" following the Company’s 2021 ESG Report launch underscores Arena's long-term commitment to ESG principles

Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARNA) today announced that as of 2021, Arena received an MSCI ESG Rating of "A." MSCI ESG Research provides MSCI ESG Ratings on global public and a few private companies on a scale of AAA (leader) to CCC (laggard), according to exposure to industry-specific ESG risks and the ability to manage those risks relative to peers.
