iQmetrix Named One of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2023

iQmetrix, North America’s leading telecom experience platform, has today been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2023 in the annual editorial competition announced in the Globe & Mail.

Now in its 23rd year, Canada’s Top Employers is a national awards program, operated by Mediacorp, recognizing employers that lead their industries and offer exceptional workplaces. Companies are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs. Employers across the country are evaluated by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers using eight criteria, which have remained consistent since the project’s inception:

Physical workplace
Work atmosphere and social
Health, financial, and family benefits
Vacation and time off
Employee communications
Performance management
Training and skills development
Community involvement

Earlier this year, iQmetrix was named one of BC’s Top 50 Employers for 2022 (all company sizes), and one of Canada’s Top 100 Small and Medium Employers for 2022 in the same awards program. The company’s upgrade to its 2023 ranking in the overall list of Canada’s Top 100 Employers (all company sizes) reflects the incredible culture, great facilities, flexible work environment, and extensive benefits enjoyed by iQmetrix staff.
