Iveric Bio Announces Proposed Offering of Common Stock

IVERIC bio, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISEE) (the “Company”), today announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of $250.0 million of shares of its common stock. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the number of shares of its common stock being offered.
